Translating an iconic Aussie slogan to celebrate Australia’s diversity.
Vegemite is a symbol of Aussie culture. But Australia is much more diverse than it was when Vegemite first launched in 1923. In fact, there are now more than 300 languages being spoken in Australian homes. So, to celebrate Australia’s diversity during Harmony Week, we put our nation’s rich multiculturalism at the forefront of the landscape, by unveiling large-scale outdoor advertising across the country with Vegemite’s classic ‘Tastes Like Australia’ slogan translated into the many different languages spoken down under.
